織物の産地として盛んな桐生で製作しました。

柔らかく風になびくような風合いですので、大きなリボン結びでタレ部分を長く垂らした結び方もオススメです。全体はキルティング柄。ラインが交わる部分のスタッズのように輝く粒がポイントです。スタッズのような粒の部分は、シルバーの太めの糸を織り込み、帯に立体感と輝きを持たせました。帯の長さの半分の位置まで織りこんでいるため、結ぶ際には着物を痛める心配もなく、結ぶ方向を変えることでシンプルにもお使い頂けます。

This obi was crafted in Kiryu, a region renowned for its textile production.

With its soft, flowing texture, we recommend tying it with a large bow and letting the trailing ends hang long. The entire obi features a quilted pattern. The highlight is the stud-like, sparkling beads where the lines intersect. These stud-like beads are created by weaving in thick silver thread, giving the obi a three-dimensional look and a brilliant sheen. Since the thread is woven in only up to the halfway point of the obi’s length, you don’t have to worry about damaging your kimono when tying it, and you can also wear it in a simpler style by adjusting the direction of the knot.
