通年使用できる帯の素材として人気の綿糸をベースに、通気性がよく熱がこもりにくい和紙糸を使用しました。
ぺたっとした平たい和紙の糸をよこ糸に織り込むことで、刺繍のような立体感のある風合いに。帯端のフリンジもポイントです。フリンジが見えるようなリボン返しなどの帯結びがおすすめです。

This half-width obi features a design inspired by decorative ribbons.
Made from cotton thread—a popular material for year-round obi—it incorporates Japanese paper thread, which offers excellent breathability and prevents heat buildup.
By weaving flat, stiff Japanese paper threads into the weft, the fabric achieves a three-dimensional texture reminiscent of embroidery. The fringe at the ends of the obi is a standout feature. We recommend tying the obi in styles such as the "ribbongaeshi" that showcase the fringe.
